Shots and Add-Ons
Nurse-given shots: B12 $50, B-Complex $50, Vitamin D3 $50, Biotin $50, Taurine $50, Amino Blend $50 (high dose $70), LipoStat lipotropic $60, Glutathione $90, NAD+ 250 mg $175. Prescription add-ons to any drip (Zofran, Toradol, Pepcid, Benadryl, Decadron) are $99 on their own or $35 when added to a drip. Every price includes the nurse's travel. Shots-only nurse visit: $199 flat, travel included. Pick any shots up to $199, or just one. Shipped programs you inject yourself are priced monthly instead.
What Drives the Price
Fluid volume (500 ml vs a full liter), the number and dose of vitamins, whether prescription medications are included, and NAD+, which is expensive on its own. The nurse's time is the same either way, which is why a bigger bag is not double the price.
How to Pay Less
Memberships: Starter Zen $279 a month for one IV, Silver Zen $499 for two, Gold Zen $899 for four, Platinum Zen $1,699 for eight. Groups of four or more save 10%, five to nine save 15%, ten or more save 20%. Add-ons are cheaper inside a drip than on their own.
How It Compares
A Manhattan drip bar typically charges $150 to $250 for a basic hydration drip and $250 to $400 for a Myers' or NAD+ drip, plus add-ons, plus your two hours. Other mobile services in NYC and NJ charge $199 to $450 and often add a travel or concierge fee of $50 to $100. An emergency-room IV for dehydration bills $1,000 to $3,000 before insurance. We publish our prices so you can compare.
Insurance and Payment
IV therapy is not covered by insurance. HSA and FSA cards are often accepted; check with your plan. We take major credit cards and Apple Pay. A card on file is required to book and you are charged after the visit. No fee to cancel before dispatch; $100 once a nurse is on the way.
