NAD+ therapy at Zen IV Spa comes four ways: a nurse-run NAD+ IV at your home in New York or New Jersey ($399 for 250 mg, $599 for 500 mg), self-injections shipped to you ($229 a month), a daily nasal spray ($229 a month), and Niagen NR injections ($229 a month). Most people start with one or two IVs and hold the level with injections or spray. Every program is prescribed by a licensed provider under our medical director. No membership fee; members save 15%.

Farima was both extremely professional as well as competent and caring. They spent a lot of time with us, catering exactly what we needed medically and whole body wellness wise as well. They got here on time and on a weekend - it really made us feel cared for in a way we wouldn't at an urgent care or after hours at the ER. Totally worth the money - which was extremely affordable compared to clinics, etc and we had the added benefit of not having to leave the house! We definitely recommend!!!

Farima is truly the best. As someone with a chronic illness who needs IVs regularly, it can be really difficult to find nurses who are both skilled and genuinely caring. They always make me feel comfortable, listened to, and cared for the entire time. They are incredibly gentle, always get my veins easily, and make sure everything is done perfectly and professionally.
