NAD+ is the coenzyme your cells use to make energy and repair DNA, and it declines with age. Infused slowly over ninety minutes — the pace is the point; pushed fast it is genuinely unpleasant.
01
A short health history and a complimentary consult. We check medications, allergies and anything that would make a formula a poor fit.
02
Your bag is prepared from pharmaceutical-grade ingredients and checked against the provider note before your nurse leaves for you.
03
A nurse places the line and stays in the room. Blanket, low light, no upsell. You leave when the bag does.
The mechanism, in plain terms — including where the evidence is strong and where it is not.
NAD+ carries electrons through glycolysis, the citric acid cycle and oxidative phosphorylation. Without it, mitochondria cannot make ATP.
NAD+ is consumed by sirtuins and PARP enzymes during DNA repair and stress response, which is why levels fall under chronic inflammation and with age.
Rapid infusion causes flushing, cramping and chest tightness — a dose-rate effect, not an allergy. Ninety minutes is the difference between tolerable and awful.
Eat something and drink water in the two hours beforehand — a hydrated vein is an easy vein. Have your medication and supplement list ready; leave nothing off it.
Your nurse checks vitals and places a small catheter, usually in the forearm. You will feel cool fluid for a minute. Sit back, work, read or sleep — the nurse stays with you throughout.
Keep the dressing on for an hour. Mild bruising at the site is normal for a day or two. Drink normally; there is no need to force fluids afterwards.
Human trials on intravenous NAD+ are early and mostly small; the strongest data concerns bioavailability rather than long-term outcomes, and we say so plainly. Chest tightness, flushing or nausea during infusion are common if the rate is too fast — which is why we run it slow and stay in the room.

Ninety minutes of quiet and two clear weeks afterwards.
The only place that told me what the research does not show.
Uncomfortable for ten minutes, then fine.
A single small catheter placement — a few seconds of sting, then nothing. Our nurses place hundreds of lines a month, and we use the smallest gauge your veins will take.
Hydration and B vitamins are often felt before you leave the chair. Antioxidant and skin benefits build over a series rather than a single visit.
Yes. Glutathione, extra B12, zinc, anti-nausea and toradol can be added at the chair, priced on the menu, and only ever after the nurse confirms they suit you.
Elective infusions are not covered by insurance. We provide an itemised superbill on request, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
