What the Science Actually Supports
Retatrutide is investigational and not yet FDA-approved — we say so plainly and only offer it after a full discussion of what is and is not yet known. The contraindication profile is assumed to mirror other incretin therapies until longer-term data confirms otherwise. If you want a fully established therapy, ask your provider whether semaglutide or tirzepatide is the better-proven fit.

Yes — always, for any prescription therapy. We arrange a draw at your home or a lab near you, and results are usually back within three business days.
What are the side effects?+
Nausea, early fullness and constipation are the common ones with GLP-1s, and they are usually dose-related. Slow titration is the main defence, which is why we do not rush it.
What does the price include?+

What happens if I stop?+
Weight regain is common after stopping GLP-1s without a maintenance plan. Your provider will build one with you before you taper — that conversation is part of the program.
