Shots are $50 to $175 and take a minute. A nurse-given add-on like anti-nausea or anti-pain is $35 inside a drip or $99 on its own. The full table, kept current, is on our price page.
What makes one drip cost more than another
Three things. How much fluid is in the bag. How many vitamins are in it and at what dose. And whether NAD+ is in it, because NAD+ is the expensive ingredient and the slow one; a NAD+ drip takes one to four hours of nurse time. The nurse's drive and time are the same for every drip, so a bigger bag is never double the price.
What is not on the bill
No travel fee. No concierge fee. No hotel or after-hours surcharge; our hours are 8 AM to 11 PM, seven days, and the price is the same at 10 PM as at 10 AM. No fee to cancel before a nurse is dispatched. The only extra you can run into is a $100 charge if you cancel once a nurse is already on the way.
How people pay less
Memberships: Starter Zen is $279 a month for one IV (any drip up to $399), Silver Zen $499 for two, Gold Zen $899 for four, Platinum Zen $1,699 for eight. No initiation fee. Groups: four or more people at one address save 10%, six or more 15%, eight or more 20%. The 4 + 2 pack: buy four Mega Myers' and get two free, for one person, credits never expire. Add-ons are cheaper inside a drip than on their own.
Insurance, HSA and how you pay
IV therapy is not covered by insurance. HSA and FSA cards are usually accepted; check with your plan. We take major credit cards and Apple Pay. A card on file is required to book and you are charged after the visit, not before. We give an itemised receipt on request.
What the price buys you
Every drip includes the nurse's drive to you, the short intake review by a provider under our medical director, the vitals check, a fresh sterile line, the fluid and vitamins in sealed vials, the nurse staying for the whole drip, and a check-in text the next day. Nothing is itemised on top of the menu price.
Price by situation
Rough morning: Hangover IV, $299, one visit. Tired and run down: Myers' $299 or Mega Myers' $399. Monthly reset: Starter Zen membership, $279 a month, which is less than one Mega Myers' on its own. Focus and recovery over a few weeks: NAD+ from $399 a session; many people do a short series. A group at a bachelorette or a rental: eight people at $299 each, minus 20%, is about $239 a person.
How we compare
Mobile IV companies in the New York area generally charge $200 to $450 for a standard drip and $500 to $1,000 or more for NAD+. We sit in the middle on the everyday drips and lower on NAD+. What we will not do is quote a low price and add a travel fee at the door.
