NAD+ and the Energy Ledger
NAD+ is the coenzyme that carries electrons through glycolysis and the citric acid cycle. Supporting it supports the machinery of energy production — it does not create an energy deficit.
Amino Acids in a Deficit
When calories are restricted the body draws on lean tissue as well as fat. Infused amino acids give the repair pathways substrate that a smaller plate may not.

Before, During and After
Before
Eat something and drink water in the two hours beforehand — a hydrated vein is an easy vein. Have your medication and supplement list ready; leave nothing off it.
During
Your nurse checks vitals and places a small catheter, usually in the forearm. You will feel cool fluid for a minute. Sit back, work, read or sleep — the nurse stays with you throughout.
After
Keep the dressing on for an hour. Mild bruising at the site is normal for a day or two. Drink normally; there is no need to force fluids afterwards.
What the Science Actually Supports
NAD+ infusions support metabolism but do not cause weight loss on their own — the diet, training and, where prescribed, the medication create the deficit. Run time is forty-five minutes or more because the NAD+ rate is titrated to your comfort. Not for pregnancy, breastfeeding or active cancer treatment.

Does it hurt?+
A single small catheter placement — a few seconds of sting, then nothing. Our nurses place hundreds of lines a month, and we use the smallest gauge your veins will take.
How soon will I feel it?+
Hydration and B vitamins are often felt before you leave the chair. Antioxidant and skin benefits build over a series rather than a single visit.
Can I add to my drip?+
Yes. Glutathione, extra B12, zinc, anti-nausea and toradol can be added at the chair, priced on the menu, and only ever after the nurse confirms they suit you.
Do you take insurance?+
Elective infusions are not covered by insurance. We provide an itemised superbill on request, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
