What telehealth is

Telehealth means a licensed provider evaluates you and, when appropriate, treats you using video, phone, or secure messaging instead of an in-person visit. It may include reviewing your medical history, labs and photos, and prescribing medication.

Who provides care

Care is provided by licensed physicians, nurse practitioners and registered nurses under the supervision of our medical director. Providers are licensed in the state where you are located at the time of the visit (New York or New Jersey).

Benefits and limits

Telehealth is convenient and fast. It also has limits: the provider cannot examine you physically, and some conditions need an in-person visit, a lab draw, or an emergency room. If the provider believes telehealth is not appropriate, they will tell you and recommend another path.

Your responsibilities

Give complete and truthful health information, tell us about all medications and allergies, follow dosing instructions, and contact us or emergency services if you have a serious reaction.

Privacy and records

Visits are not recorded unless you are told and agree. Your records are stored securely and shared only as described in our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice.

Prescriptions

A provider may decline to prescribe if treatment is not appropriate. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed US pharmacy and are not FDA-approved. Controlled substances are not prescribed by telehealth.

Emergencies

Telehealth is not for emergencies. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, a severe allergic reaction, or thoughts of harming yourself, call 911.

Withdrawing consent

You may stop using telehealth services at any time by telling us in writing. Doing so will not affect care already provided.

How to agree

By booking a video consult, messaging our care team about your health, or starting a shipped program, you confirm you have read this consent and agree to it. Questions: info@zenivspa.com or (332) 239-2005.

All treatments are medical services provided only under the clearance, prescription or standing protocol of a licensed medical provider. Nothing on this page is a diagnosis or a promise of results.
