Hangover
A hangover is mostly dehydration, an upset stomach and a headache. A drip gives you fluid without needing to keep anything down. With a provider's approval, your nurse can add an anti-nausea or anti-pain add-on. Most people feel the fluids working before the bag is done.

Energy
Many people book a drip when they feel run down. The B vitamins in our drips help your body turn food into energy. Source: NIH Office of Dietary Supplements If you are low in B12 or another vitamin, a drip may help you feel better. If your levels are normal, you may feel mostly the hydration. We will tell you honestly if you do not need one.

Immunity
Vitamin C and zinc are both needed for your immune system to work properly. Source: NIH Office of Dietary Supplements A drip cannot stop you from getting sick, and it is not a replacement for rest, vaccines or a doctor. Many people use it when they feel a cold coming on or before travel.

Hydration
This is the simplest use and the one with the clearest effect. If you are dehydrated from heat, exercise, travel, a stomach bug or a long night, a liter of fluid straight into your bloodstream rehydrates you without going through your stomach. Our nurses say this is the drip people feel most clearly.

Recovery after sport or a hard week
After a race, a game or a big training block, many people want fluid, magnesium and amino acids. Magnesium helps your muscles and nerves work. Source: NIH Office of Dietary Supplements Amino acids are the building blocks your muscles use to repair. Good food and sleep do most of this work. A drip may help when you are also dehydrated.

Beauty and skin
Our Glow Up IV combines glutathione, vitamin C and biotin. Vitamin C helps your body make collagen, which keeps skin firm. Source: NIH Office of Dietary Supplements Many people use glutathione for brighter-looking skin. We want to be clear: skin effects, if any, build slowly over a series of visits, and research is limited.

Focus and brain fog
NAD+ is a molecule your cells use to make energy. Many people use NAD+ drips for mental clarity and focus. Human studies are still early and small, so we say it "may help." Source: NIH PMC review An NAD+ drip runs slowly, from about one to four hours depending on the dose.
