BPC-157
BPC stands for "Body Protection Compound." It's a chain of 15 amino acids first found in stomach fluid. In animal studies it's been shown to speed healing of tendons, ligaments, muscle and gut lining, and to support new blood vessel growth around an injury. That animal evidence is why it's so popular.
The honest part: human trials are small and few. Most of what people report is personal experience, not large studies. That's exactly what Dr. Alex Tatem meant when he said the scariest realization in medicine is "how weak a lot of existing peer-reviewed literature actually is." Promising is not the same as proven.
TB-500
TB-500 is a piece of a protein your body already makes called thymosin beta-4. Thymosin beta-4 helps cells move to where they're needed and helps tissue repair. TB-500 is used alongside BPC-157 because they're thought to work on different parts of the healing process: BPC-157 on local repair and blood supply, TB-500 on cell movement and flexibility. Again: stronger in animals and small studies than in large human trials.
Who asks for it
Weekend athletes nursing a tendon, people rehabbing after surgery, and anyone whose injury is healing slower than they'd like. In New York and New Jersey that's a lot of people who run, lift, play pickup, or just carry a bag up four flights of stairs every day.
What we tell every client
A peptide is not a replacement for physical therapy, rest, or your orthopedist. It may help on top of those. Before any peptide, a licensed provider reviews your health history on a quick video call and writes an order just for you, under our medical director's protocols. If you have cancer or a history of it, say so on that call; growth-related peptides are not for you.
Your program ships to your door anywhere in New York and New Jersey, and a licensed nurse can come for your first dose if you want one.
