None of the four peptides in KLOW are FDA-approved, and the evidence base for each is largely preclinical or animal studies. We prescribe this combination in defined courses, at conservative doses, only after a provider consult, and we'll flag if a narrower single-peptide course is the better fit. If you compete under anti-doping rules, this combination is prohibited — ask us first.
