What the Science Actually Supports
GHK-Cu is well tolerated with a strong safety record in topical use; injectable use has a thinner but growing evidence base. Mild injection-site redness is the most common side effect. Not appropriate for guests with Wilson’s disease or other copper-metabolism disorders.

What are the side effects?+
Nausea, early fullness and constipation are the common ones with GLP-1s, and they are usually dose-related. Slow titration is the main defence, which is why we do not rush it.
