Message your provider at any point. Check-ins are monthly, doses escalate no faster than every four weeks, and labs repeat at week twelve.
What the Science Actually Supports
DSIP’s evidence base is thin and largely older or small-scale research — we offer it as a considered trial for guests who have exhausted more established options, with a clear check-in to confirm it is actually helping before continuing.

Do I need labs first?+
Yes — always, for any prescription therapy. We arrange a draw at your home or a lab near you, and results are usually back within three business days.
What are the side effects?+
Nausea, early fullness and constipation are the common ones with GLP-1s, and they are usually dose-related. Slow titration is the main defence, which is why we do not rush it.
What does the price include?+
The monthly program fee covers your provider, labs review, titration, unlimited messaging and check-ins. Medication is billed separately and varies by dose.
What happens if I stop?+
Weight regain is common after stopping GLP-1s without a maintenance plan. Your provider will build one with you before you taper — that conversation is part of the program.
