The Follow-Up
A video review of every result with the provider, prescriptions or referrals where needed, and a plan for the year: what to change, what to watch, when to retest.

Can I use my insurance for the labs?+
Labs are self-pay at transparent prices. We give you an itemized receipt to submit yourself.
How is this different from a regular physical?+
It is longer, the lab panel is far broader, and the review is a real conversation, not five minutes.
