Long-haul travel dehydrates, disrupts sleep and flattens energy. This drip rehydrates fully and supports the reset — booked outbound, on arrival, or both.
01
A short health history and a complimentary consult. We check medications, allergies and anything that would make a formula a poor fit.
02
Your bag is prepared from pharmaceutical-grade ingredients and checked against the provider note before your nurse leaves for you.
03
A nurse places the line and stays in the room. Blanket, low light, no upsell. You leave when the bag does.
The mechanism, in plain terms — including where the evidence is strong and where it is not.
Cabin humidity sits near 10–20 percent. Insensible losses over a long-haul flight run to a litre or more — the flat, headachy part of arrival.
Melatonin timing and light exposure move the clock; fluid does not. Your provider gives you the schedule alongside the bag because that is the part that works.
B12 repletion supports alertness only where stores were low, so we test rather than assume before building it into your protocol.
Eat something and drink water in the two hours beforehand — a hydrated vein is an easy vein. Have your medication and supplement list ready; leave nothing off it.
Your nurse checks vitals and places a small catheter, usually in the forearm. You will feel cool fluid for a minute. Sit back, work, read or sleep — the nurse stays with you throughout.
Keep the dressing on for an hour. Mild bruising at the site is normal for a day or two. Drink normally; there is no need to force fluids afterwards.
The rehydration and vitamin repletion are real; the circadian reset is behavioural — light exposure and sleep timing do most of that work, and your provider will give you the schedule alongside the bag.
Screened for contraindications at every visit. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Speak with your provider if you are pregnant, nursing, or managing kidney, liver or cardiac conditions.

Landed at 6am, drip at 9, functional by noon.
They came to the hotel. That was the whole point.
The light-timing advice mattered as much as the fluids.
A single small catheter placement — a few seconds of sting, then nothing. Our nurses place hundreds of lines a month, and we use the smallest gauge your veins will take.
Hydration and B vitamins are often felt before you leave the chair. Antioxidant and skin benefits build over a series rather than a single visit.
Yes. Glutathione, extra B12, zinc, anti-nausea and toradol can be added at the chair, priced on the menu, and only ever after the nurse confirms they suit you.
Elective infusions are not covered by insurance. We provide an itemised superbill on request, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
