What the Science Actually Supports
PT-141 can transiently raise blood pressure, so it is not appropriate for guests with uncontrolled hypertension or cardiovascular disease — we screen for both before prescribing. Nausea and flushing are the most common side effects, usually easing after the first few uses.

What are the side effects?+
Nausea, early fullness and constipation are the common ones with GLP-1s, and they are usually dose-related. Slow titration is the main defence, which is why we do not rush it.
