How It Works

Enclomiphene blocks estrogen's signal to the brain, so the brain sends more signal to the testes to make testosterone. Your own system does the work. Testosterone usually rises within four to six weeks.

Who It Suits

Men with low or low-normal testosterone and symptoms (energy, drive, mood, body composition), men under 50 who want to preserve fertility, and men who do not want injections. It is not for men with certain pituitary or liver conditions; the labs screen for this.

How It Is Prescribed

A $50 video consultation, a nurse draws baseline labs at your home (total and free testosterone, LH, FSH, estradiol, CBC, metabolic panel), the provider prescribes if appropriate, and the medication ships to you. Labs are rechecked at six to eight weeks and then every three to six months.

Price

From $199 a month, medication and follow-ups included. The $50 consultation is one-time.

Common Questions

Enclomiphene or TRT?+

Enclomiphene keeps your own production and fertility; TRT replaces it and suppresses it. For many men under 50 enclomiphene comes first, with TRT if it is not enough.

Side effects?+

Mild and uncommon: headache, mood changes, mild vision changes that stop when the medication stops. The provider reviews them with you.

Is it FDA-approved?+

Enclomiphene is prescribed as a compounded medication; it is not FDA-approved as a standalone product. We say this plainly.
