Do I qualify?

Usually a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 or more with a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, prediabetes or sleep apnea. Our provider confirms on a free consultation. Use the BMI tool on our Tools page to check.

Which medication should I choose?

Semaglutide is the most studied and the least expensive. Tirzepatide tends to produce more loss and a little less nausea. Retatrutide is newer and strongest in early trials. If you hate needles, the sublingual drops or the Wegovy pill are options. Our provider recommends one on the consult.

How fast will I lose weight?

Most people see 4 to 8 pounds in the first month, then 1 to 2 pounds a week as the dose rises. 10% to 15% of body weight in a year is typical.

Is it safe?

GLP-1s have been used for diabetes since 2005 and for weight loss since 2014. They are not for people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer, pancreatitis, or who are pregnant. Every program starts with a provider review.

Compounded or brand?

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are made by a licensed US pharmacy and cost a fraction of the brand pens. Brand Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound and Mounjaro are available if you prefer or if insurance covers them. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

How does shipping work?

Cold-packed, overnight, with supplies and instructions. The first box usually arrives within 3 to 5 days of your consult. A nurse can come to your home for your first injection if you want.

What happens when I reach my goal?

You move to the Maintenance Program: a lower dose, a slower schedule, and a plan to keep the weight off. Stopping suddenly is the main reason people regain.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. There is no contract. Month-to-month, or save with a 2- or 3-month supply.
