Labs First, Always
Low iron, low B12, low vitamin D, low thyroid and poor sleep cause more fatigue than everything else combined, and each is cheap to find and cheap to fix. A nurse draws the panel at your home. If one of those is the answer, you do not need a peptide.
NAD+
NAD+ is the coenzyme every cell uses to make energy, and levels fall with age. People use it subcutaneously as a daily or every-other-day injection, or as an IV drip for a faster effect. Reports are of steadier energy and clearer thinking over a few weeks; the research is early but active.
MOTS-c
A mitochondrial peptide studied for metabolic health and exercise capacity. People in training programs use it for endurance and recovery. It is subtle, and it pairs with NAD+ in our longevity stack.

Every program at Zen IV Spa is prescribed and overseen by our medical director, a licensed physician, after a consultation and baseline labs. A nurse comes to your home in New York or New Jersey for your first dose if you want one, and refills ship to your door.
Single peptides are $229 a month (glutathione $199), stacks are $299, KLOW is $349, semaglutide is $199 and tirzepatide is $299. A 2-month supply is 10% off and a 3-month supply is 15% off. The provider consultation is $50. That price includes the peptide from an FDA-registered US 503A compounding pharmacy, supplies, overnight refrigerated shipping, the intake review and follow-ups.
Common Questions
NAD+ injection or IV?+
The IV is a bigger dose in one sitting, given at home by a nurse. The injection is smaller and daily. Many people do an IV to start, then maintain with injections.
Will I feel it right away?+
NAD+ IVs can be felt the same day. Injections build over a couple of weeks.
Is MOTS-c for athletes only?+
No, but it is most noticeable with training.
What if my labs are normal and I am still tired?+
Then we talk about sleep, stress and a short peptide trial, in that order.
All treatments are medical services. Every guest is screened, and every treatment is provided only under the clearance, prescription or standing protocol of a licensed medical provider.
