What Actually Shifts
Estrogen and progesterone fluctuate before they fall. Sleep fragments. Collagen production slows and skin thins. Recovery from workouts takes longer. Weight shifts to the middle. Some of that is hormonal and belongs in hormone care; some of it peptides can support.
Skin and Collagen
GHK-Cu is a copper peptide studied for collagen, elastin and wound repair. Women use it for skin texture, firmness and the loose-skin stage after weight loss. Paired with epitalon it is our most-requested longevity stack.
Sleep and Energy
DSIP for fragmented sleep. NAD+ for the flat, tired afternoons. Both are gentle, and both are the kind of thing people notice within a couple of weeks or not at all, so we run them in short trials first.
Weight and Composition
Semaglutide and tirzepatide work in perimenopause and menopause, and we see a lot of women start them in this window. Sermorelin or tesamorelin can support lean mass alongside. Muscle loss on a GLP-1 is a real risk, so we plan for it from the start.
When It Is Hormones, Not Peptides
Hot flashes, night sweats, cycle changes and mood swings are hormone questions. Our hormone care program starts with labs drawn at home and a consultation with our medical director, and may be the right first step instead of, or alongside, peptides.
Single peptides are $229 a month (glutathione $199), stacks are $299, KLOW is $349, semaglutide is $199 and tirzepatide is $299. A 2-month supply is 10% off and a 3-month supply is 15% off. The provider consultation is $50. That price includes the peptide from an FDA-registered US 503A compounding pharmacy, supplies, overnight refrigerated shipping, the intake review and follow-ups.
Common Questions
Are peptides safe during perimenopause?+
Generally yes, with labs and provider oversight. Not during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
GHK-Cu injection or cream?+
Injectable reaches the whole body; topical only treats the skin it touches. We prescribe injectable; creams are available over the counter.
Can I do peptides and BHRT together?+
Often yes. The provider coordinates both.
How do I start?+
Every program at Zen IV Spa is prescribed and overseen by our medical director, a licensed physician, after a consultation and baseline labs. A nurse comes to your home in New York or New Jersey for your first dose if you want one, and refills ship to your door.
All treatments are medical services. Every guest is screened, and every treatment is provided only under the clearance, prescription or standing protocol of a licensed medical provider. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved unless stated. Nothing on this page is a diagnosis or a promise of results.
