Step 1: The Consultation
Book a $50 video consultation. You will fill out a short intake first: what you are trying to change, your medical history, what you take. The provider talks through options with you. If a peptide is not the right tool, they will say so.
Step 2: Labs at Home
A nurse comes to your home or office anywhere in New York State or New Jersey to draw baseline labs. No lab waiting room, no fasting on a Manhattan sidewalk at 7 AM. Results come back in a few business days and the provider reviews them with you.
Step 3: The Prescription
Every program at Zen IV Spa is prescribed and overseen by our medical director, a licensed physician, after a consultation and baseline labs. A nurse comes to your home in New York or New Jersey for your first dose if you want one, and refills ship to your door.
Prescriptions go to an FDA-registered 503A compounding pharmacy that tests every batch. Your first shipment arrives in a few days, cold-packed, with supplies and a dosing guide.
Step 4: The First Dose
Most people give themselves the first dose after a short video walk-through. If you would rather not, a nurse comes to you for it and shows you how. After that, refills ship on your schedule.
What to Avoid
Any site that sells peptides with no provider and no prescription. Any 'research only' label. Any price that seems impossibly low. And anyone who promises results. Peptides are tools, not guarantees.

Yes, and we are happy to fill a prescription from your physician through our pharmacy partners.
Do you prescribe for people outside NY and NJ?+
Our in-person services are NY and NJ only. Ask us about telehealth availability elsewhere.
What does it cost?+
Single peptides are $229 a month (glutathione $199), stacks are $299, KLOW is $349, semaglutide is $199 and tirzepatide is $299. A 2-month supply is 10% off and a 3-month supply is 15% off. The provider consultation is $50. That price includes the peptide from an FDA-registered US 503A compounding pharmacy, supplies, overnight refrigerated shipping, the intake review and follow-ups.
