What BPC-157 Is
Body Protection Compound 157 is a peptide sequence originally found in gastric juice. It has been studied, mostly in animals, for tendon, ligament, muscle and gut repair. Human evidence is early. People use it for nagging soft-tissue injuries, post-surgical recovery and gut problems.
How People Use It
A small daily subcutaneous injection, often near the problem area, for four to eight weeks. Some use oral BPC capsules for gut-focused programs. It is frequently stacked with TB-500 for larger injuries, or in KLOW with GHK-Cu and KPV.
What to Expect, Honestly
Reports are consistent: less soreness and faster progress in rehab over several weeks. It does not heal a torn ligament on its own, it does not replace physical therapy, and it is not FDA-approved. We prescribe it for people whose provider agrees it is a reasonable tool alongside the rest of their plan.
Program and Cost
Every program at Zen IV Spa is prescribed and overseen by our medical director, a licensed physician, after a consultation and baseline labs. A nurse comes to your home in New York or New Jersey for your first dose if you want one, and refills ship to your door.
BPC-157 is $229 a month. BPC capsules are $200. BPC-157/TB-500 is $299, and KLOW is $349. The provider consultation is $50. That price includes the peptide from an FDA-registered US 503A compounding pharmacy, supplies, overnight refrigerated shipping, the intake review and follow-ups.
