Progestin-Only Pill
No estrogen, so it is safe for more people, including while breastfeeding. Must be taken at the same time daily.
Patch and Ring
Same hormones as the combined pill without a daily task: a weekly patch or a monthly ring.
Longer Options
IUDs and implants last years and need an in-person visit; we can point you to one. The shot every three months is another option.
