Zen IV Spa is a mobile IV therapy company in New York. A licensed registered nurse comes to you with everything needed, and every treatment is overseen by our medical director. We serve all five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester and the Hudson Valley, with same-day appointments from 8AM to 8PM, seven days a week. Drips start at $229 and the price includes travel — there is no concierge fee.
Zen IV Spa does. Our nurses visit hotels across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens every day, from Midtown and Times Square to the Financial District and Williamsburg. Give us your hotel name and room number when you book, and your nurse texts you an arrival time. Sessions take 30 to 45 minutes, so you can be back on schedule before lunch.
Book the Hangover IV online or text (332) 239-2005. It's $299 and includes one liter of fluids, B vitamins, glutathione and medication for headache and nausea. Most hangover bookings are same-day, and our nurses arrive in as little as 60 minutes in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Yes. Every drip is overseen by our medical director. Before your first visit you fill out a short health form, a medical provider reviews it and calls you, and only then is your drip approved. The nurse who arrives is a New York licensed RN who stays with you for the entire session and monitors you throughout.

Clinic: you travel there, wait, and get treated in a shared room, usually with an extra travel or concierge charge if they also offer home visits. At Zen IV Spa the price is the same whether you are at home or in a hotel, with no add-on fee for coming to you.
Yes. We run single-employee visits and full corporate wellness sessions in offices across Manhattan and Brooklyn. Groups of 4 save 10%, 5 to 9 save 15%, and 10 or more save 20%. Popular office drips: Immunity Boost, Myers Cocktail and Brain Fog & Focus.
A membership. Silver Zen is $499 a month for 2 drips, Gold Zen is $899 a month for 4 drips, and Platinum Zen is $1,699 a month for 8 drips — well below the single-visit price on our top drips. Memberships are month to month, cancel anytime, and include priority scheduling and a concierge phone line.
Standard Hydration ($229) is one liter of fluids with electrolytes — it fixes dehydration and not much else. A personalized package adds vitamins and medication for a specific problem: the Hangover IV adds nausea and headache medication, the Athletic Recovery IV adds amino acids and magnesium for sore muscles, the Immunity Boost adds high-dose vitamin C and zinc. If you know what's wrong, a targeted drip works faster. If you just need fluids, Hydration is enough — our provider helps you choose during intake.
The Athletic Recovery IV ($349) is booked by marathon runners, visiting teams and gym travelers staying in NYC hotels. It includes fluids, magnesium, B vitamins, glutathione and an amino blend to reduce soreness and speed recovery. Same-day and early-morning bookings are available.
