1. Pick a panel or tell us your symptoms
Choose from the panel list, or call and tell us what is bothering you. Our provider will say which panel fits. Several tests can be done in one draw.
2. A nurse comes to you
Book a time, 8AM to 11PM, seven days. The nurse brings everything, takes the sample at your kitchen table, and is gone in 15 minutes. Some tests (urine, saliva, swab) ship to you as a kit instead.
3. A certified lab runs it
Samples go the same day to a CLIA-certified lab. Most blood panels come back in 2 to 5 days. Genetic and functional tests take 2 to 3 weeks.
4. A provider reviews it with you
You get a video visit with a licensed provider, not just a PDF. They walk through every number, what is normal for you, and what to do about anything that is off. You also get a written summary.
5. You get an action plan
If something needs treatment, our provider can prescribe it, ship it, or send a nurse. If you just need a retest in three months, we remind you. See the Action Plan page.
What it costs
Every price on the lab page includes the nurse visit, the draw, the lab fee and the video review. HSA and FSA cards are accepted and we provide a superbill for insurance.
All treatments are medical services provided only under the clearance, prescription or standing protocol of a licensed medical provider. Nothing on this page is a diagnosis or a promise of results.
