What the Visit Looks Like
An otoscope exam of the ears, a look at the throat and sinuses, and a check for fever. Children are seen with a parent present.
A licensed physician or nurse practitioner comes to your home, hotel or office anywhere in New York or New Jersey, usually within a few hours. Pricing is quoted when you call or text (332) 239-2005, before anyone is dispatched. A $50 video visit is available when an in-person exam is not needed.
What We Can Treat and Prescribe
Antibiotics when the exam shows a bacterial infection, steroid nasal sprays and decongestants for sinus pressure, ear drops, pain and fever control, and a steroid injection for severe sinus inflammation.
When It Is an Emergency Instead
Severe headache with a stiff neck, swelling around the eye, sudden hearing loss, or facial drooping: ER.
Add Fluids While the Doctor Is There
If you are dehydrated, run down or nauseated, the nurse can start an IV during the same visit: Hydration IV $229, Immunity Boost IV $349, Nausea & Stomach Relief IV $299, with prescription add-ons for $35 each.
Common Questions
Do you see children?+
Yes, ages 2 and up, with a parent present.
Is it a sinus infection or allergies?+
The exam and your history tell us. Many 'sinus infections' are allergy flares and do not need antibiotics.
Can you check for a ruptured eardrum?+
Yes, with the otoscope exam.
