What the Visit Looks Like
A history and physical exam, a review of your medications and which ones to stop before surgery, and the labs your surgeon requested (CBC, metabolic panel, coagulation, and others) drawn at home.
A licensed physician or nurse practitioner comes to your home, hotel or office anywhere in New York or New Jersey, usually within a few hours. Pricing is quoted when you call or text (332) 239-2005, before anyone is dispatched. A $50 video visit is available when an in-person exam is not needed.
What We Can Treat and Prescribe
The completed pre-op clearance form, lab results sent to your surgeon's office, medication instructions in writing, and an EKG where we can arrange it. We coordinate directly with the surgical team.
When It Is an Emergency Instead
This is a planned visit, not an emergency. If you develop chest pain or shortness of breath before surgery, call 911 and tell your surgeon.
Add Fluids While the Doctor Is There
If you are dehydrated, run down or nauseated, the nurse can start an IV during the same visit: Hydration IV $229, Immunity Boost IV $349, Nausea & Stomach Relief IV $299, with prescription add-ons for $35 each.
