What the Visit Looks Like

A brief exam to rule out anything dangerous, then treatment: an anti-inflammatory injection, anti-nausea medication, magnesium, and fluids, all in your own bed.

A licensed physician or nurse practitioner comes to your home, hotel or office anywhere in New York or New Jersey, usually within a few hours. Pricing is quoted when you call or text (332) 239-2005, before anyone is dispatched. A $50 video visit is available when an in-person exam is not needed.

What We Can Treat and Prescribe

Ketorolac (Toradol) injection, ondansetron (Zofran) for nausea, magnesium and fluids by IV (Migraine IV $349), diphenhydramine, and a prescription for a triptan or preventive if you need one going forward.

When It Is an Emergency Instead

A sudden 'worst headache of your life', headache with fever and stiff neck, weakness or numbness on one side, confusion, or a headache after a head injury: call 911.

Add Fluids While the Doctor Is There

If you are dehydrated, run down or nauseated, the nurse can start an IV during the same visit: Hydration IV $229, Immunity Boost IV $349, Nausea & Stomach Relief IV $299, with prescription add-ons for $35 each.

Common Questions

Is this the same as the Migraine IV?+

The Migraine IV ($349) is the nurse-given drip. A doctor house call adds an exam and the ability to prescribe medications for the future.

Can you come at night?+

We run 8 AM to 11 PM, seven days.

Do you treat cluster headaches?+

Yes, within what can be done at home. Oxygen and injectable options are discussed on the call.

All treatments are medical services. Every guest is screened, and every treatment is provided only under the clearance, prescription or standing protocol of a licensed medical provider. Nothing on this page is a diagnosis or a promise of results. For an emergency, call 911.
