What the Visit Looks Like
The provider examines the injury, checks range of motion and circulation, and tells you plainly whether it needs an X-ray. Most sprains and strains do not.
A licensed physician or nurse practitioner comes to your home, hotel or office anywhere in New York or New Jersey, usually within a few hours. Pricing is quoted when you call or text (332) 239-2005, before anyone is dispatched. A $50 video visit is available when an in-person exam is not needed.
What We Can Treat and Prescribe
Anti-inflammatory injection (ketorolac), muscle relaxants, a short course of pain medication where appropriate, wrapping or splinting, wound cleaning and dressing, and a referral for imaging if the exam calls for it.
When It Is an Emergency Instead
A bone that looks out of place, a wound that will not stop bleeding, numbness or a cold limb, a head injury with vomiting or confusion: that is the ER.
Add Fluids While the Doctor Is There
If you are dehydrated, run down or nauseated, the nurse can start an IV during the same visit: Hydration IV $229, Immunity Boost IV $349, Nausea & Stomach Relief IV $299, with prescription add-ons for $35 each.
Common Questions
Can you do X-rays at home?+
No. If the exam suggests a fracture, we tell you where to go and what to say.
Can you stitch a cut?+
Simple wound closure can be done at home when appropriate; the provider decides on the call.
Do you prescribe pain medication?+
Within scope and only where it is appropriate. Controlled substances are not dispensed at home.
