What the Visit Looks Like
Oxygen level, peak flow, breathing rate and lung sounds first. Then a nebulizer treatment in your home, with monitoring until you are breathing comfortably.
A licensed physician or nurse practitioner comes to your home, hotel or office anywhere in New York or New Jersey, usually within a few hours. Pricing is quoted when you call or text (332) 239-2005, before anyone is dispatched. A $50 video visit is available when an in-person exam is not needed.
What We Can Treat and Prescribe
Nebulized albuterol and ipratropium, a steroid injection or short course of prednisone, a refill or new prescription for rescue and controller inhalers, and a written action plan for next time.
When It Is an Emergency Instead
Lips or fingernails turning blue, unable to speak a full sentence, no improvement after a nebulizer, or confusion: call 911. Severe asthma is life-threatening.
Add Fluids While the Doctor Is There
If you are dehydrated, run down or nauseated, the nurse can start an IV during the same visit: Hydration IV $229, Immunity Boost IV $349, Nausea & Stomach Relief IV $299, with prescription add-ons for $35 each.
