The Baseline Panel

A complete blood count and a comprehensive metabolic panel for everyone: kidney, liver, electrolytes, blood sugar. A lipid panel. A1c if weight loss is the goal. Thyroid (TSH, free T3, free T4) for anyone considering growth-hormone or metabolic peptides. IGF-1 before sermorelin, tesamorelin or CJC-1295. Testosterone and estradiol for sexual-wellness and hormone programs.

Why Each One Matters

IGF-1 tells us how your body is already responding to growth hormone, which decides whether a secretagogue is appropriate and at what dose. A1c and lipids set the starting point for GLP-1s. Liver and kidney values decide whether a peptide can be cleared safely. None of this is optional in our program.

The Home Draw

A nurse comes to your home or office anywhere in New York or New Jersey, draws the sample in ten minutes, and it goes to a certified lab the same day. Results usually return within three to five business days. The provider reviews them with you on video, not in a PDF you have to decode yourself.

Repeat Labs

Longer programs include repeat labs at a schedule the provider sets, usually every three months for growth-hormone peptides and at dose milestones for GLP-1s. They are drawn at home the same way.

Common Questions

Do I need to fast?+

For lipids and A1c, yes, 8 to 12 hours. We schedule morning draws so it is easy.

Can I use labs I already have?+

Yes, if they are recent, usually within 90 days, and cover the panel.

What do labs cost?+

Billed at cost through the lab. The provider tells you the price before ordering.

What if my labs are off?+

The provider will tell you what they mean and whether a program is still safe. Sometimes the answer is to fix something else first.
