How Long the Visit Takes

Hydration, Hangover and Myers' Cocktail: 30 to 45 minutes. Mega Myers', Immunity Boost and Migraine: 45 to 60 minutes. NAD+ and the biggest drips (Ultimate, Black Card): 60 to 90 minutes. Add about ten minutes at the start for the nurse's check and placing the line. The nurse stays the whole time.

How Long the Fluids Last

A liter of fluid rehydrates you within the hour and the effect holds for a day or two, depending on how dehydrated you were and what you do next. For a hangover or a stomach bug, most people feel the difference before the bag is finished.

How Long the Vitamins Last

Water-soluble vitamins (B complex, vitamin C) are used over a few days; the body excretes what it does not need. Magnesium and zinc stay longer. Glutathione and NAD+ effects on energy and clarity are reported for several days to two weeks. None of this is permanent, which is why people on a routine come back monthly.

How Often People Get IV Therapy

Occasional: a hangover, a flight, a bug, an event. Routine: monthly, which is what our memberships are built around (Starter Zen $279 a month for one IV). Athletes and people in heavy training sometimes go every two weeks. More than weekly is rarely needed and our medical director would want to talk first.
