Allergy vs Sensitivity

A food allergy is immediate and can be dangerous (IgE). A sensitivity is slower and vaguer (bloating, fatigue, headaches). Different tests; the provider picks the right one.

What Is Tested

IgE allergy panels for common foods, IgG sensitivity panels, celiac screening, lactose and fructose intolerance by history, and a gut microbiome test.

Speed

A nurse or provider arrives usually within 1 to 3 hours for the draw; results in one to two weeks; video review included.
