What a Visit Looks Like
A conversation, screening questionnaires, and labs if fatigue or sleep points to thyroid, vitamin or hormone causes. Medications like SSRIs can be started and managed with follow-up video visits.

Controlled substances are not prescribed. Crisis situations go to 988 or the ER.

$50 video visit for follow-ups; $599 house call for a first evaluation; A nurse or provider arrives usually within 1 to 3 hours.
Serving Manhattan
We cover all of Manhattan, including the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Midtown, Chelsea, Tribeca, the Financial District and Harlem, with no travel fee. A nurse or provider arrives usually within 1 to 3 hours. If something turns out to be an emergency, the nearest hospitals are Mount Sinai, NYU Langone, NewYork-Presbyterian and Lenox Hill; for a life-threatening emergency call 911.
