Semaglutide weight loss in New York: how the program works and what it costs

Everything is done from home: the consultation, the labs, the prescription and the delivery. Dr. Negrin, our medical director, oversees the program.

The short answers

How does the program work?+

You book a short video consultation. A nurse draws your labs at home if needed. If semaglutide is appropriate for you, a licensed provider writes the prescription and it ships to your door from a licensed pharmacy. Monthly check-ins and messaging are included.

What does it cost?+

The program is $249 a month (less on a 2- or 3-month plan): provider reviews, gentle dose adjustment, check-ins, messaging and shipping. The medication itself is billed separately. Follow-up labs are included. No contract; month to month.

Who qualifies?+

That is decided at the consultation, based on your health history, your weight and your labs. Not everyone qualifies, and we will say so.

How fast does it ship?+

Once the prescription is approved it is made for you by a state-licensed pharmacy in the United States and shipped overnight in a refrigerated pack. Refills ship on your schedule. A nurse can come to your door for the first injection if you want one.

Is it overseen by a doctor?+

Yes. Every protocol is written and approved by our medical director, Dr. Anne Negrin, MD, and a licensed provider reviews you before any prescription.

Do you cover New Jersey too?+

Yes. The program ships anywhere in New York & New Jersey. Labs can be drawn at home in both states.

All treatments are medical services. Every guest is screened, and every treatment is provided only under the clearance, prescription or standing protocol of a licensed medical provider. Nothing on this page is a diagnosis or a promise of results.
