Usually yes. In NYC, Hoboken and Jersey City a nurse typically arrives within 1 to 3 hours of booking. Book early in the day for areas further out.
There is no fee if you cancel or move your visit before a nurse is sent out. Once a nurse is on the way, a cancellation fee applies; the price page lists the current fee.
No. It is a wellness service you pay for directly. We take major credit and debit cards, and we can give you an itemized receipt on request.
Yes. Tell us the number of guests and the address. Four or more guests at one address get a group discount.
