1. Book
Pick a drip or a shot on zenivspa.com, pick a time between 8 AM and 11 PM, and put in your address: home, office, hotel room, a friend's apartment. Same-day slots are usually open; holiday weeks fill up early.
2. The quick video call
Before your first drip, a licensed provider reviews your health history on a short video call and writes an order just for you. It takes about ten minutes. They will ask about conditions, medicines, allergies and whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This is where we say no if a drip is not right for you. Everything is overseen by our medical director.
3. Get ready
Eat something. Drink some water. Wear a top with sleeves that roll up. Have your ID handy. Pick a comfortable chair or couch with a spot nearby for the nurse's bag.
4. The nurse arrives
A licensed nurse comes to your door with everything in a sealed kit. The nurse checks your blood pressure, pulse and your intake answers. If one of those is off, no drip that day; that is what makes this safe.
5. Mixed in front of you
The nurse mixes your bag right there, so you see every vial. Ask what is in it. They like the question.
6. The line goes in
A small pinch, about ten seconds, usually in the forearm or the back of the hand. Then nothing. Most people scroll their phone, work or nap.
7. The drip
A standard drip takes about 45 minutes. NAD+ takes longer, one to four hours depending on the amount ordered. The nurse stays the whole time and keeps an eye on you.
8. Done
The line comes out, a small bandage goes on, and the nurse packs up. Keep the bandage on for an hour. Drink water. Go easy tonight. If anything feels off later, call us.
